He possesses in-depth knowledge of UKGAAP, IFRS & IAS, SORP, Value Added Tax, the Public Financial Management Act & Regulations, and Ghana Tax Regulations. Linus has a proven track record of driving day-to-day business operations and managing staff to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. His experiences SPAN both the private and public sectors in Ghana.

With over 15 years of experience in Auditing, Corporate Restructuring, Risk Management, and Taxation, Linus is a Chartered Economist and a qualified Accountant. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Finance & Investment from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 20 years of industry experience in Finance and Accounting. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting with Finance from London South Bank University. His specialties include Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Management and Accounting Policies, Internal Controls, Business Start-ups, Corporate Governance, and Financing. He possesses in-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, IAS, SORP, Value Added Tax, the Public Financial Management Act and Regulations, and Ghana Tax Regulations.

A seasoned Accounting, Audit, and Legal practitioner with over six years of experience in financial management, risk management, auditing, and accounting across both public and private sectors. Proficient in IFRS, PCAOB standards, UK GAAP, and US GAAP, Sarah specializes in financial analysis, team leadership, and legal advisory services.

With a distinguished career at PwC Ghana and the Channel Islands, Sarah has successfully led audit engagements, delivered high-quality client reports, conducted comprehensive risk assessments, and provided expert legal support in compliance and governance. Adept in leveraging tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and SAP, Sarah combines deep technical expertise with exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to drive organizational success.

George is a seasoned Accounts Professional with extensive expertise in Accounting, Finance, Treasury Management, Taxation, Inventory Control, and Internal Control Systems. With a proven track record in the Hospitality, Health, and Logistics industries, he brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to every role. An ACCA partly-qualified professional and a natural entrepreneur, George stands out as a visionary leader and mentor. Selorm Mathias Foli (BSc Acc, CA) is an accomplished Finance and Audit Professional with over 12 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, and accounting. He currently serves as Senior Financial Reporting Officer at the African Development Bank Group in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, where he ensures compliance with IFRS and delivers accurate financial reporting. Previously, Selorm spent 9 years as an Audit Senior with EY Ghana, leading audit engagements and providing key financial insights across diverse industries. His expertise spans financial reporting, risk
assessment, and team leadership, complemented by strong technical proficiency in SAP and Excel.
