Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our company’s supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Logistics Planning & Coordination
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and suppliers.
  • Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  1. Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  1. Supplier & Vendor Management
  • Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers and suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and transportation partners.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any logistical issues.
  1. Cost Control & Budgeting
  • Prepare and manage logistics budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
  • Analyze logistics expenses and suggest improvements.
  1. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
  • Develop and enforce logistics policies and procedures.
  • Manage risk and contingency planning for logistics disruptions.
  1. Team Leadership & Reporting
  • Lead and train the logistics and supply chain team.
  • Provide regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with other departments (procurement, sales, and operations) to streamline logistics processes.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CILT, APICS, CSCMP) is an advantage.
  • Experience in international shipping and freight forwarding.
  • Proficiency in ERP or logistics management software.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our accounting and audit firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, handling tax filings, and assisting with audits. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
    • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
    • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external audits.
    1. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
    • Prepare and file corporate tax returns, VAT, PAYE, and other statutory tax obligations.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting and tax laws.
    • Advise clients on tax planning strategies to optimize financial performance.
    1. Payroll Management
    • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
    • Ensure payroll tax compliance and file necessary reports with tax authorities.
    1. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
    • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
    • Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
    • Assist in debt recovery and client account reconciliation.
    1. Internal Controls & Audit Support
    • Ensure proper financial controls are in place and adhered to.
    • Support audit engagements by gathering documentation and preparing reports.
    • Identify financial risks and recommend improvements.
    1. Client Advisory & Support
    • Provide financial advice and guidance to clients.
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

    Address client inquiries on financial matters and tax implications.

    Key Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional certification (or in progress) such as ICAG, ACCA, CPA is preferred.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, Xero).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working in an accounting or audit firm.
    • Knowledge of financial analysis and advisory services.
    • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
